One more rules question for you guys and gal

. Larry's golf ball is straddling the demarcation between the green and the fringe. Since the ball is on the line, Larry says he is not on the green, he will hit from the fringe, and we should leave the pin in the hole. Is Larry correct? Was the ball on the green or on the fringe?

What is the correct ruling?

A. Ball was on the green.

B. Ball was on the fringe.

And the answer is

it's been more than a week since i posted these two queations and the sole question, and still NO one has taken a guess at the answers. I'm a little disappoointed you everyone.

I always understood that if any part of the ball was on the green, it was on the green.  So I'd say A
