And I'm finding after my shot, I realize there was one I missed. Maybe I need a better pre-shot routine. But several shots the other day, clearly not my best mental day, I hit a shot and then said "dang, I didn't factor in the cross wind". Or I focused so much on the speed of the putt, I didn't get the line right.
Somehow I need to do a better job of assessing the conditions before I swing, but I'm also trying to not hold people up. I can see where a caddie for the pro's can really help because he can ask questions about wind or lie or adjustment for conditions, etc.
Anyone have a good preshot routine you think gets at these things?
