TaylorMade Project A golf ball

I've played this ball a few times over the last year and always impressed with its performance.  For $26-$31 depending on the deal you get, it's a nice golf ball.  Definitely longer than your stock $25 golf ball.   And spin is great too. That's sort of the hall mark of that ball is that the average golfer can get the ball to check up.  And you can.  Last hole of my last round I hit my drive about 290 yards and then hit a 65 yard pitch shot which bounced twice and stopped on a dime.  Made the putt for birdie but it was the other things which stood out.  I found some of "last years" model for mid $20 range and that was a great deal.

Caan't complain about  good

Caan't complain about  good distance and spin in one ball. Hard to beat that combo in a golf ball. There are just so many golf balls out there to pick from that most golfers don't reallly have a clue as to which ball is the best for their game.

That's a good price

That's a good price especially if they're in top quality shape.  Here, we're told we'll either have 0 inches of snow Saturday or 9 inches...or somewhere in between.  So...probably not golfing for me :)

WE got 5 inches of snow here

WE got 5 inches of snow here with an overnight low of Minus 11. So it's fair to say that I'm NOT going to be playing much golf any time soon. It will be Monday before we see the up side of freezing around here.

1st time out with these balls

1st time out with these balls. Hard to judge but did not see anything negative about them. They possibly have more spin as i had a few that may have checked up a little more that my normal ball. I also had a few a bit more wayward than my normal fairly straight drives. What I did notice was my drives were going a tad further than normal, even the off hits although this may have been my new club not the ball. CAC.
