TEETER Spine Fit machine

Last week I found a good deal on one of those TEETER Spine-Fit inversion machines. My back has been hurting me a little bit for the last month or so, and I decided to pull the plug on the Teeter mackhine. Basicly you hang up-side down my your feet to stretch out the back to help reverse the results of GRAVITY working on your body since you first started to walk upright.

Have been using the machine since the past Saturday and I can FEEL the effect on my back already. NOT as sore or stiff in the morning when I get up and that's nice. Will have to use it more before I can tell if it be help my golf game or not, but my back feel better and that can't hurt my golf game I would think. Time will tell I guess.

Been using the inversion

Been using the inversion table a few times a day for a few minutes each time and my back is feel better already. Time will tell how much better it gets with more use but so far I'm quite happy with the results and plan to keep doing it everyday.

Goo Don.  I have an

Goo Don.  I have an invesrsion table myself...I use it sparelying just because out of sight out of mind.  Used it more lately since I've been walking 2-3 days a week.  I think it helps..but I think the help is temporary and things settle back in after a while.  Don't find any negative effects from using it, just need to use it more routinely

Golf is a game that can only be played...

Just Hanging Around

I was walking into the living room and my wife asked me where I was going to do.

So I  told her I was going to GO HANG MYSELF  !!!!

That got a reaction out of her.
