Cobra clubs are very high quality and the L5 is no exception.
I'm a big Cobra fan, which an older LD Speed driver and fairway woods in my bag. I was curious to see how the L5 fared compared to my LD/Speed. The unit looks nice, sets up wheel and has good weight. Not as 'loud' or quite as distinctive as the LD/Speed was. Distance was ok, can't say I saw more than my LD/Speed driver. never really had a problem with slices or fades, dang thing just sort of went straight. Tried to draw it, and still it went straight. Seems like a good driver for those looking to straighten out your curves off the tee
It was hard to work. I tried and tried to get the driver to draw but was not successful. I could get a basically straight result or a slight push, but never a draw.
If you hook the ball or I suppose slices it heavily, this might be a club to look at. Good distance, nice look, and it seems to want to go straight. Affordable pricing as well
