Not sure about the shaft. The cavity back on the wedge is nice, providing that cavity back forgiveness when you mishit the club. Only time will tell how well the club will last.
The club head is heaver than my Taylormade wedge, which ends up providing more distance. I usually hit my lob wedge 60 feet with a full swing. The Warrior wedge is giving me about 75 feet. It gets the true 60 degree loft I get from my Taylormade.
At first, I didn't like the weight difference of the club. The first time I used it in a game situation, I found that I couldn't get too much backspin.
It's a great club for the price ($30) ... however, I wouldn't pay their list price fo the club, since it is $20 a wedge more than the Taylormade clubs.
