Adam Scott wins at Riviera

At over 7300 yards and a par 71 layout, it's not exactly what more of us would call a "Short" course, not even for the tour pros. With the greens as hard as they were, good shots landing on the greens most of the time just bounce and rolled off the back, so it was really hard to get the ball to land on the greens and stay on the short grass. This is one reason this course held up against the top pros this week. Like you, I'm glad Adam Scott played so well and ending up in the winners spot. It's been 3 years since his last tour win so that was nice for him at one of this favorite tour stops. Also nice to see Matt Kucher playing well again, along with Rory and a few others. 

Yeah Happy for Adam....there was what, 2 or 3 guys tied through out the last round or two?  Curious to see who gets momentum as we had closer to Augusta...Everyone like DJ this weekend but ... not sure.  has been playing better but hasn't cashed in yet..

Tell me if I'm wrong, but I think I saw where the Players event has been moved up to some time in March, so it's before the Masters. Is this correct? 

There were at least 4 or 5 guys in the hunt for the win right up to the end. Rocy was right there until he had ONE bad hole that took him out of it. I can see where at least half a dozen guys could be in the winners circle for the next major if not ALL of the majors this year. Should be an interesting season for sure.
