Watching the Master's Sunday morning was so fun. Really happy for Tiger to have pulled it out, and he did so against so many different quality players. DJ made a run, Keopka, Fowler, Xander, Cantlay, ... lots of young talented players made runs. Seemed like Tiger knew when you couldn't make a mistake, like on #12...when something like 4 of 6 put the ball in Ray's Creek, Tiger found the middle of the green. On 16, he knew where to hit it to work the slope. And more imporantly, he executed. Was a fun morning of golf to watch.
Already the media is moving to "Can he surpass Jack's 18?"...so funny how the media that wrote him off jumps now to the next hurdle. Let him enjoy 15 for now...He battling health and age...Heard him say in the after interview that ice baths are a part of the training and recover regimine. wow. Didn't think golfers needed those too..
Happy for Tiger and for golf. Nice to see his kids see him win.
We had the Masters on all day. Probably the only time Michael and I watched start to finish (more or less). I really thought Molinari was going to win by playing steady, but he made a couple of mistakes on the back 9 and didn't get the birdies to overcome. Funny how everyone is back on the Tiger bandwagon since he was beat down and clawed his way back, everyone loves a story of redemption. Plus he seems more "human" now. He's learned some humility.

I enjoyed having morning golf to watch instead of afternoon/evening. Sort of felt like the way the Open does it.

That was really enjoyable, I agree...watching in the morning and then it wrapped up mid-afternoon so I could go to the gym and run errands after. Much better than the events that wrap up around dinner time.
