Quality looks good, about what I'd expect from a top OEM.

Pros: 

Nice looking driver.

Cons: 

I don't like the whole adjustable head/shaft design. The shaft in this driver isn't as good as the one in the other R9

Summary: 

This new R9 460 is nothing more than the normal R9 driver, but without the three movable weights. Same adjustable head where you rotate the shaft. This would be a good driver for someone that likes the adjustable shaft idea, but does care about movable weights in the head.
